about this site:

DNA testing makes it possible to establish with certainty whether there is match between biological evidence and a given individual. Since the end of the 1980s, the use of forensic testing through DNA analysis has led to the solving of thousands of crimes worldwide. DNA fingerprints have revolutionized the investigation of homicides, rapes and other violent crimes. Forensic testing can also be used to document legal disputes concerning professional liability, and even to determine the authors of anonymous letters.

Aware of the importance that such assessments can have for defending your clients' interests, PRO-DNA Diagnostic gives you the benefit of the most advanced technology and the expertise of its highly qualified specialists to support your contentions.

Our Technology
PRO-DNA Diagnostic uses PCR (polymerase chain reaction) technology. This technology consists of copying thousands of times over a region of interest in the DNA. It is highly precise, fast, and requires only very small quantities of DNA. PCR technology provides clear answers, even if the only item available for analysis is a single hair or a cigarette butt.

Highly attentive to the accuracy of its methods, PRO-DNA Diagnostic uses only internationally recognized and validated genetic markers, the same as those used by the FBI, the RCMP and SQ for all its forensic testing. In addition, our strict chain of custody and our rigorous procedures ensure the reliability and accuracy of our DNA assessments.
